Raytheon Senior Manager Business Development in Warner Robins, Georgia
Requisition – Warner Robins, GA Field Office Lead Position Summary The Field Office lead position for Raytheon is responsible for establishing and managing Raytheon’s Business Development presence in the Warner Robins, GA area, convenient to Robins AFB, co-located program offices and sustainment offices, Air Force Reserve Command, and various customer locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as the enterprise Raytheon Business Development representative to the customer base in the Middle Georgia geographic area Act as the enterprise focal point for all Raytheon activities at this customer location; be the “voice of Raytheon” to the USAF electronic warfare, avionics, intelligence/surveillance/reconnaissance, special operations, F-15, airlift, remotely piloted vehicle, support equipment, and automatic test equipment systems focused customers Establish and maintain customer relationships with the Robins AFB area customers through frequent visits to discuss procurement opportunities, and missions Establish and maintain customer relationships with Raytheon businesses and offices having programs and/or potential opportunities at Robins AFB through frequent visits to discuss programs, technologies, and opportunities Create opportunity for Raytheon ideas, solutions and capabilities by conducting timely Raytheon capabilities sessions with high-level customers in the Robins AFB area Characterize and communicate Robins AFB organizational strategies, policies, initiatives, requirements, perspectives across Raytheon; be the “voice of the customer” to Raytheon Communicate the value and growth of Robins AFB area missions within Raytheon Support the Raytheon Gate process and Bid & Proposal activities as called upon Represent Raytheon to, and build relationships with, local representatives of competitors/partners and other local companies Be alert to activities of other companies in the customer location, and share this information as appropriate with the rest of Raytheon Act as liaison for customers, internal and external Be the representative of Raytheon to the local community; host, coordinate, and participate in selected appropriate local events, organizations, charities, etc Requirements (Skills, Experience, Education): Bachelor’s degree – Electrical or General Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing/Business Development Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience working with customer(s) Active Secret security clearance Understanding of USAF/Robins AFB customer challenges and needs Proven ability to develop effective internal and external relationships through personal influence Demonstrated success in leading from the front, directly engaging customers and addressing problems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Desired Skills Master’s degree Prior PM and/or USAF operational or acquisition experience Possesses knowledge of company to leverage Raytheon capabilities to customer Graduate of senior level USAF leadership course Active Top Secret security clearance 111351
