Credence LLC Management Analyst, Journeymen in Warner Robins, Georgia

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Management Analyst at the Journeymen-level to provide program management analysis and administrative functions in support of financial/budgetary requirements and project acquisitions for the U-2 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) / Special Operations Forces (SOF) program and projects located at Robins AFB, GA. The position will provide management of day-to-day operation responsibilities and high-level programmatic responsibilities and data, in support of ongoing U-2 ISR/SOF mission requirements. This position will support the government customer in an Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) role to the functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) based on an understanding of the ever-changing and dynamic status of ISR/SOF requirements in support of the U-2 Program.

Contractor personnel shall provide A&AS to the Government on the following tasks:

  • Coordinate assigned programmatic documentation of record, for organizational control, develop briefings, manage spreadsheets and multiple programmatic functions for and correspondence for programs/projects, Blue Charts, ERB presentations and leadership briefs.

  • Manage where applicable the cost, schedule and performance with a clear understanding to support the PM IPT for acquisitions and sustainment in support of program management.

  • Proven knowledge to maintain, monitor and provide advisory assistance to government leadership in annual budget data preparation to include data entry and extensive briefing preparation for leadership to include updates and maintenance of file data base and input.

  • Work with IPT when required to assist in the management of internal acquisition requirements for mission sustainment activities of OEM supporting the programs/projects annually, and must have extensive acquisitions knowledge, Statement of Work and/or Performance Work Statement, Contract Data Requirements Line Item (CDRL), DID and ACRN.

  • Ability to determine and understand the applied Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Regulatory policies to support annual budgetary resources, with a clear understanding of mission requirements, cost containment and savings efforts, and proper execution of program.

  • Properly assess priority of activities in line with requirements with the supporting IPT staff in order to realize the optimum and most efficient outcome in order of priority and timely responses in line with government direction.

  • Consolidate and provide information from databases containing program data ranging from requirements management analysis functions for but not limited too; OEM Management, CCB’s, ERB’s technical evaluations as it relates to cost, schedule and performance, tracking to budget constraints and authorizations.

  • Analyze project data to recommend best COAs, for mission requirements, budgetary recommendations and OEM management as it relates to U-2 ISR/SOF programs/projects.

  • Must have mid-level Management Analysis skill sets to assist in programmatic and contractual understanding to support team, with a good IT understanding regarding program execution of software and system requirements from an overall standpoint of cost, schedule and performance strongly required.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Program Management Office.

  • Experience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a DoD governmental program performing all functional duties independently.

  • Experience working on IPT teams for staff assigned to a specific job and/or project and remaining flexible for IPT on overall team effort.

  • Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent written and verbal communication skill sets, be positive in a demanding environment.

  • Desired skill sets are Agile, ITIL, and/or PMP.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Secret clearance is required.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. OR; Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience. OR; A minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
