Job Description:


Manages a team with focus on policy and strategy implementation. Establishes operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function. Focus is on short to mid-term operational plans (e.g., 1 to 2 years). Provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans that will have some impact on the achievement of overall function results.


Maintains inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, keep and maintain the appearance of the location.

Responsible for developing objectives, policies, and procedures for the purchasing/procurement/sourcing of goods and services encompassing all purchasing functions organization-wide, often including multiple facilities.

Direct the purchase of supplies and services.

Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.

Implements operational efficiency improvements which may include, but are not limited to, standardization of systems, quality control, safety, site selection, facility design, and customer satisfaction.

Manages the internal audit process to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Identify and implement process improvements based on experience and findings.

Oversee the facilities of the operation to provide a safe and well-maintained work environment.

Identify new opportunities for cost savings.

Facilitate and develop SOP's for the organization.

Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety

policies, rules, regulations and procedures.

Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies and guidelines to the management team.

Conduct regular associate meetings.


Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.

Performing other duties or functions as requested by management.



Has direct or indirect responsibility for the formal supervision of at least two (2) associates.

May also be an individual contributor with responsibility within a Branch with twenty (20) or more associates, with $15 million in annual revenue or at a logon location with multiple satellite locations.

Supports enterprise business and sales objectives through the effective and efficient performance of individual responsibilities and supervision of associates.



A minimum of five (5) years of experience is typically required to perform at expectation. Applies advanced knowledge of specific technical areas.
